Who we are
Since 1954 H.W. Houston Construction has provided quality commercial work; from modest remodels to massive projects over 250,000 square feet. We originated in humble beginnings, which built our company on strong moral foundations and core values that we still do business with today.
We are a commercial general contractor specializing in projects including educational, medical, municipal, detention and governmental. We offer design-build services including estimating, pre-construction, scheduling, project management, safety and project closeout. In recent years, a majority of our project managers have become LEED certified — meaning we can build the most environmentally friendly buildings obtainable.
We have grown into a regional contracting company, holding licenses in Colorado, Utah and Kansas.

With a wide range of construction experience , Mark has the knowledge and expertise to manage all phases of any construction project.

Starting his career with the company as a carpenter, Ernie has worked in a variety of roles, making him well-rounded and culminating in his current role of project manager.
Katelyn Berry
Estimating
Katelyn joined the company as an intern working in presconstruction. Since then, she has become a strong estimator with a wide range of project experience.
